PRICES and PAYMENT

All prices are correct at the time of order placement.

Lite Work is NOT currently VAT registered.

All goods supplied must be paid for in UK sterling.

All customers will receive a confirmation email, with full order details, but without confidential card details.

Payments are generally made by credit/debit cards using Paypal.  However, should you wish to pay by cheque, please email us with details of your order, and we will gladly arrange this.  Goods will not be despatched until the cheque has cleared.   

DELIVERIES

We value your order, and endeavour to process and ship goods within 5 working days, using the post office / Royal Mail.

However, In the event that this timescale cannot be achieved for reasons such as out of stock items, we will inform you by email and wherever possible, an estimated despatch date.  If this proves to be unsuitable, you are welcome to a full refund.

Occasionally, we may be away at conventions or conferences.  Therefore, please allow up to 28 days for delivery of your order.

In the event of non delivery after this time, please contact Lite Work by email or telephone.

DAMAGED GOODS

We take the best care possible in safely packaging items for transit.  If you find that your goods are damaged on their arrival, please contact us by email or telephone as soon as you receive them.  We will then arrange for return or replacement. 

RETURNS

Products come with a 7 day unconditional guarantee*, from the date of receipt.  Any item being returned MUST be done so in its original state and original packaging, and by way of a trackable delivery method.

Refunds will be made using the same methods of payment at the time of purchase, within 3 weeks of us receiving the returned goods.

*Bespoke jewellery cannot be returned under any circumstances, as these items are made specifically to your order. 

The responsibility of costs for return, remain with you, the customer.  In the event of a product being faulty, you will be re-reimbursed in full.

Lite Work will not be held responsible for any goods lost or damaged during their return.

GENERAL REPRESENTATION

We make every effort to give you clear descriptions of our items.  However, images are limited by camera and screen settings.  Crystals, being a natural product, will vary from those shown in shape and, in some cases, colour.  They will however, hold the same properties. 

Dimensions given are approximate.

The availability of the goods on our website is not guaranteed.

Overseas purchasers are responsible for any local taxes, customs and duties as required.

Risk in the goods passes to the consumer on the delivery of the goods to the address stated in the customer order.

By placing an order with Lite Work, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Liability of Lite Work shall, in no circumstances, exceed the original value of the price charged for the goods.

LAW and JURISTRICTION

Any contract shall be deemed as made in England, and therefore governed by laws of England.  Any dispute arising therefore, shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the English courts.

We aim to provide you with relevant information, and connections to other websites that are relevant to products, treatments and information.  You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the availability of such sites, and are not responsible, or liable for the privacy practices, content, or any damage caused by, or in connection with such sites. 

PRIVACY POLICY

We will not share your details with any third party.  Your payment details are used only by PayPal, and not held by Lite Work.  The details provided will only be used for the purpose of fulfilling your order. 

You will be offered our regular newsletter, and news of new products/events to be received by email.  You are welcome, at any point to cancel this.

You, the customer, are entitled to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold on you (there may be a small charge), and to correct any inaccuracies.
